June 2022 Product Update
Dramatic lack of freight capacity and equipment – such as shortages of vessel space, trucks, drivers, empty containers, etc. – port congestions, ridiculous price developments, labor shortage, supply scarcity of raw materials and commodities and many, many more examples. Wherever you look in Supply Chain in 2022, you’ll find chaos and massive challenges all over the place. We try to contribute our part to help you manage the mess by providing you with logistics technology to tackle the above-mentioned problems and more.
I am Jonas, CEO of Logward, and I look forward to keeping you updated about how our customers master the madness of supply chains these days. Don’t be shy to reach out if you’re interested to learn about a particular feature or solution for our clients that might help you as well.
IMPROVED API STANDARDS & DOCUMENTATION
Logward gets swagger! Not only are we feeling pretty confident about ourselves, but also with Swagger UI, we have upgraded our API documentation and enhanced our UI for a more intuitive experience. This integration provides a connection between your systems and ours so that data gets transferred easily. For those looking for a peak under the hood, see the documentation here and the screenshot below.
HOW TO USE ROLES AND PERMISSIONS
Admins can set users to have specific roles containing certain permissions within Logward. For example, a certain role will contain a set of permissions that enable it to access different parts of Logward. This enables companies to define who can edit and see different data, at scale, based on their role within the company.
And at the user level, multiple roles can be assigned, because complex organizations can have complex needs!
