November 2021 Product Update

This is Ivan, Product Manager at Logward, writing to you from our offices in Hamburg. While the Christmas Markets get setup here, we've been busy at work to produce some exciting updates regarding sailing schedules and historical reporting. Read more below.

MATCH YOUR ORDERS AND ALLOCATIONS WITH SAILING SCHEDULES

Being able to search sailing schedules within our freebie provides a "airline flight booking" type user experience, but we take that one step further on our platform. With the Port of Loading and Port of Destination of an order, our software searches the allocations that match this schedule to provide fulfilment of each vessel based on that port pair.

CHECK DATA HISTORY WITH DEVIATION REPORTS

One of the game changers of our Data Management system is the ability to track historical changes to data, something that you simply can't do in Excel. With this feature, we store and show separately the initial and last changed value for every data entry. This can be used for many purposes, like pinpointing the why and when of a shipment delay.

• Fuzzy search - find your data, even if you don’t exactly remember the search terms
• Email ID storage - email addresses that you send information to from within the software get saved to your account for easier future use
